Suddenly Senior
There are a lot of sites on the Net that seem to cater to the " Suddenly Senior " generation. One of the really interesting ones is http://www.suddenlysenior.com/. I love tha fact that they state that it is a site meant for those over 50 who feel way to young to be old. How True!!! They ask you to write your own obituary - that should be fun - I am not too sure mine is really worth writing - but will definitely give it a try. Another site worth looking at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Osteoporosis Basically, one out of four us menopausal women is either osteoporotic or somewhere near it. So read about it, this is a good site and may prevent you from getting any fractures or from disintegratiing bones
