Suddenly Senior

There are a lot of sites on the Net that seem to cater to the
" Suddenly Senior " generation. One of the really interesting ones is http://www.suddenlysenior.com/. I love tha fact that they state that it is a site meant for those over 50 who feel way to young to be old. How True!!!

They ask you to write your own obituary - that should be fun - I am not too sure mine is really worth writing - but will definitely give it a try.

Basically, one out of four us menopausal women is either osteoporotic or somewhere near it. So read about it, this is a good site and may prevent you from getting any fractures or from disintegratiing bones

Sunitee, you were a very special and cheerful lady and we were blessed to have known you and be loved by you. You smiled whenever we met you, you smiled even after your home was robbed in 1984, you smiled when you lost your precious jewellery to scamsters and above all you smiled when we met you after you had just been diagnosed with cancer.
